What is your typical turnaround time for an event highlight film?
A half day starts at £750 and a full day with a finished highlights film is £1,450. What moves the number is the length of the day, how many cameras are in the room and how many finished edits you need afterwards. Everything is quoted as a fixed price before you book.
Do you provide the raw footage after the event?
Raw footage can be provided as part of our 'Premium' and 'Custom' packages. It is typically delivered on a hard drive in its original format for your internal archives.
How many videographers do you bring to a corporate event?
Our team size depends on the scale of your event. Standard packages usually include two videographers to cover multiple angles and keynote sessions simultaneously.
Can you capture multi-day conferences?
Absolutely. We specialize in multi-day coverage, including breakout rooms, networking sessions, and main stage keynotes with high-fidelity audio capture.
Are travel expenses included in your pricing?
Travel within a 50-mile radius is included. For international or out-of-state events, we provide a transparent quote for travel and accommodation expenses.
